C.C.P. develops its own electronics manufacturing automation equipment at the Vietnam plant, covering IQC incoming inspection, PCBA screw fastening, heat sink attachment, shielding cover assembly, functional testing and optical module processes. Every machine is proven in volume production on our own lines first, and selected models have already been delivered to external customers.

Why C.C.P. Builds Its Own Automation
C.C.P. started in precision spring contacts and connectors. When we design equipment we already understand contact tolerance, force and wear behaviour, so fixtures, probes and mechanisms are planned together rather than bolted onto an off-the-shelf machine. Every system runs in volume production at our own Vietnam plant before customer deployment, which keeps commissioning time predictable.
